LE PLAN DE LA TOUR: Nicknamed "The Garden of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez"

The Village of 25 Hamlets

Ideally situated in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, 9 km from Sainte-Maxime, 17 km from Saint-Tropez, and approximately 20 km from the Le Muy motorway exit.

A charming village nestled in a vast natural amphitheater of hills wooded with Mediterranean flora and surrounded by vineyards. Many historic areas have been restored, featuring paved alleyways, numerous shaded squares, and a church with a bell tower topped by a distinctive campanile.

A welcoming village where long-time locals and those who have adopted the area—hailing from all over the world—mingle. Residents and visitors alike enjoy coming together, regardless of nationality or culture, to take part in village life and the various activities on offer.

Shops are open year-round, and a market is held every Thursday morning in the square in front of the Town Hall. Numerous sports, cultural, and artistic associations bring the seasons to life, and regular cultural outings are organized for everyone to enjoy.

Children are catered for from nursery school through to secondary school, with facilities including a school canteen and a holiday activity center. A crèche for the youngest children has also been operating for several years. A bus service connects the various hamlets to the middle school in Sainte-Maxime and the high school in Gassin.

Medical services—including a pharmacy, doctors, nurses, dentists, and physiotherapists—are available to residents. Many local artisans also offer their expertise and services to meet the needs of those living in Le Plan de la Tour.

You can follow village life on our Facebook page to discover the municipality's activities throughout the year and enjoy the authentic, friendly atmosphere—all while remaining close to the pleasures of the beach and the festivities of neighboring towns.
